Swift kills everyone else

Since joining D12, Swifty has been a popular member of the group. He is featured in almost every song, and most of his verses occur towards the beginning of songsbudget hosting. Swifty starred in the song "Instigator" featured on the Devil's Night album as he did the chorus and rapped in 2 of the 5 verses. A day after a warrant was issued for his arrest, D12 member Swifty was sentenced April 20, 2006 to 93 days in jail for violating terms of his probation in a drunk driving case hosting. According to authorities, Swifty was found near his Novi, Michigan home and was escorted by police to the court where Judge Mackenzie, who issued the arrest warrant, sentenced him to 93 days in the Oakland County jail, with 10 days credit for time he previously spent in jail for the same offense. Swift missed his court hearing to attend fellow group member Proof's funeral.Swifty had a cameo appearance alongside other D12 members in 2005's The Longest Yard. The group was credited as "Basketball Convicts" online marketing. Swift was the only member of the group to speak a line.
